It probably got disqualified due to the Minmatar watermark in the background and the Core Complexion symbol :tears:

The EVE symbol in the upper right corner could possibly disqualify it too...

The judges need to understand EVE lore and that practically every entrant from EVE online added a symbol from the game. Such symbols are practically a requirement for any EVE online fan or player. So pretty much, EVE symbol or GTFO!!!

However, I think all entrants with such symbols in their work got disqualified, which is just plain moronic.

I guess it's unlikely we'll find out if our entries were disqualified let alone the why of it. I certainly haven't received any time code yet. Plenty of logos visible in the selected finalists so we can't even be sure that was a deciding factor. Sorry state of affairs all round.

I was so unbelievably disappointed when this one did not get into the top 15. This ship stood out for me because it was one of the few minmatar ships that actually looks finished and well rounded (which makes it unique from a EVE point of view). Not only that, but I would fly this any day.

I Really Liked this Ship when I first saw it, and in the rendered background view it looks totally great and Intimidating with all those spreaded wings, I would really like to hold it as a toy or something XDXDXD
